Optimize procurement spending for Logistics (Warehousing, Transportation, Ocean FCL/LCL, Air) and Non-Logistics segments. Including system processes (APS).
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to support efficient procurement processes.
Process purchase requests and orders to ensure timely product delivery.
Engage internal stakeholders to drive vendor bidding processes.
Manage vendor relationships to enhance value in the supply chain.
Act as a point of escalation for vendor dispute resolution.
Ensure compliance with company procurement guidelines and policies.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Diploma/ bachelor's degree in logistics related field
✓ Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
✓ Fresh Graduate will be considered as well
✓Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
✓ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✓ Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
✓Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
✓Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
✓Willing to work at Shah Alam
