Main Roles
- Responsible for day to day forwarding related matters in order to meet the Customer demands.

- Coordinate the import export operations, customs clearance, delivery, pick-up and warehousing.

- Ensure the “On Time Delivery” for Import and Export to meet Customer requirements.

Detail Experience

* Preparing HBL / MBL, sea export-placing booking and filing shipping Instructions
* Responsible for Export / Import related paperwork, documentation and coordination.
* Coordinating with Shipping line and Airline.
* To actively take quotes from reliable freight agencies on timely air and sea shipments
* Might have experience of Export / Import paperwork such as Invoice, PL, BL/AWB.
* Taking air and sea freight quotes and booking shipments with freight agents.
* Documentation for custom clearance. Coordinating with customs clearance team accordingly to
ensure smooth clearance process.
* Booking of vehicle to ensure timely delivery of material to end warehouse.
* Billing Checking from Logistics Partners and Customer

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma / Degree holder in Logistics Management or any related fields

✓At least 1-3 year' experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics related field

✓Good communication skill (English Written & Spoken), Mandarin Speaker is more preferable

✓Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
