• Using Various strategies and tools to provide effective solution to customer’s concerns

• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively

• Promptly following up on service request and providing customer feedback.

• Delivery demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe & effective equipment

• Writing reports and presenting findings to Manager & Supervisors on a regular basis.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science.

✓Preferably 2 years of working experience in technical and field services.

✓Knowledge in Die Bonder process is compulsory

✓1-2 years of working experience in relevant field.

✓Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

✓Willing to travel and possess own transport (car).

✓ Required language: English

✓Team-oriented personality

✓Self-motivated with a proven ability to operate under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

✓Good analytical skills.

✓Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

✓Able to work in a fast pace environment.
