1. Schedule management for the President.
2. Expense organization.
3. Setting up meetings (approximately once a week)./ Interpreting and translating (infrequent)
4. Handling visitor reception.
5. Supporting data entry for HR and audit departments.
6. Filing contract-related documents.
7. Responding to phone inquiries for the company.

1. Collecting PR-related information from various countries and departments.
2. Creating and managing PR content.
3. Updating and managing the company's website and social media accounts.
4. Coordinating with PR companies, making requests, and summarizing reports.
5. Building relations with media such as newspapers and PR magazines.
6. Networking with chambers of commerce and Japanese companies in Malaysia.
7. Assisting in event planning with the marketing department.
8. Planning and proposing PR events, among other tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓The person is holder Japanese Language Proficiency Test class 2.
✓ Who has experiece in admin or Public Relations for 3 years
✓The role requires high communication skills.
✓ Preferably, candidates should enjoy karaoke.
