・To handle clients claims due to quality of products

・Hearing from clients, report to Suppliers, discuss on countermeasure (replacement, improvement etc)

・Audit factory

・Visit client and suppliers frequently for discussion (Overseas Few times year, Domestic frequent Penang-Johor)

・Create Report using Excel (Attach Photo)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓at least 2-3 years QA experience

✓Language: Mandarin & English

✓Basic PC skill (Excel, Word, Outlook)

✓Negotiation skills

✓Good at communication (Tel, E-mail, Face to Face)

✓Able to Drive

✓Able to Travel frequently

✓Take quick action
