• Financial management: Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Financial accounts reporting: Prepare financial forecasts and monthly reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
• Risk management: Conduct financial risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks
• Cash flow management: Ensure efficient cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Financial processes: Ensure employees adhere to financial processes and that accounting and finance processes are accurate and complete on time.
• Financial systems: Develop financial systems and procedures aligned with company business strategy
• Team leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Audit & Tax: Responsible in full spectrum of the accounts and tax duties.
• Business strategy: Support strategy execution for logistics and warehousing, and create strategic business plans
• Invoicing: Ensure invoicing transactions are accurately documented and billed.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with customers service team to facilitate timely payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✓Minimum 3 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
✓Management experience is advantage
✓Proficiency in logistics-related accounting software and MS Excel.
✓Strong understanding of logistics processes such as freight billing, customs documentation, and inventory accounting.
✓Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
✓Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
