1.Strategic Leadership
・Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive growth and profitability in the logistics division.
・Align division operations with the company's overall mission and vision.
・Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities in global logistics.
2.Operational Management
・Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective logistics services.
・Establish performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational success.
・Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and environmental standards.
3.Financial Oversight
・Develop and manage the division's annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
・Monitor revenue, expenditures, and profitability, providing reports to the Board of Directors.
・Drive initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and operational scalability.
4.Business Development
・Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, suppliers, and partners.
・Lead negotiations and secure long-term contracts with key stakeholders.
・Explore and develop new market opportunities to expand the company’s logistics portfolio.
5.Team Leadership and Development
・Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of managers and staff to achieve division goals.
・Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
・Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training and development programs.
6.Risk Management
・Identify and mitigate potential risks to the logistics division, including operational, financial, and reputational risks.
・Ensure contingency plans are in place for supply chain disruptions and other unforeseen events.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
【Qualifications and Experience】
✓Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
✓Proven track record of 10+ years in leadership roles within the logistics or shipping industry.
✓Strong knowledge of international logistics, supply chain management, and maritime shipping regulations.
✓Exceptional financial acumen and experience in managing P&L accounts.
