The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead and oversee a team to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and execute effective marketing strategies.
This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and strategic thinking to meet organizational goals and optimize team performance.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Sales Leadership and Strategy
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
2. Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales & marketing and Customer Service to achieve individual and team goals. • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Organize training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
3. Marketing Planning and Execution
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.

4. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
5. Financial Management
• Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget.
• Analyze financial data to assess the profitability of campaigns and strategies.
• Provide forecasts, manage expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Japanese skill is advantage
• Management experience is must
• Experience of logistics experience or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance.
• Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
• Team performance and productivity metrics.
• Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
