• Extensive understanding of whole ecommerce flow logic and online marketplace operation.

• Assist in overseeing our marketplace day-to-day operation including online activities, order fulfillment and account management (Shopee, Lazada & etc).

• Manage and oversee listing of products and pricing online.

• Ability to manage customers enquiries through online channels

• Assist in managing brand's ecommerce site and SNS account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & etc).

• Assist in store, social & ecommerce creatives set up during campaigns (eg, store opening, 11.11, 12.12 etc).

• Participate in online campaign development.

• Adaptable, able to multitask, and bold in trying new ideas that can generate profitable online sales / traffic.

• Ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion and overachieving.

• Help out as and when required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Education: Diploma & above

✓ Language: Fluent English (Mandatory**to coordinate across countries when necessary)

✓ At least 2-years of focused experience in ecommerce / digital industry

✓ 100% open minded, flexible & Self Motivated individual

✓ Positive and Good Perosnality
