・In charge of Overseas tour operation

・Making and managing of Tour Itinerary

・Liaise Japan and Non-Japan ground operators and Business partners for Tour arrangement

・Liaise effectively with sales team to get information inquiries and bookings.

・Update operation check list and all necessary reports

・Assist on event management

・Conduct and coordinate online school exchange programs (if any)

・Tour leading (Japan, South Korea, Australia, south East Asia and Others)

・Translation

・Tour Merchandizing support and other documentation

・To support sales team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Japanese Speaker　(JLPT N2 Above) , able to handle inquiry from Japanese client

✓Prefer 1-2 years' experience similar position,

✓At least 1 years working experience (sales support, reception, data entry etc)

✓Fresh graduate may apply

✓Education: SPM (at least 2A) above

✓Good communication & writing in English, Mandarin & BM

✓multi-tasking

✓Flexible mid set

✓Team player

✓Interested in Tour leading & Education

✓(No need Car)
