Sourcing and generating new business opportunities;

Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understand their needs to ensure current/ future business;

Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition and industry development;

Developing business strategies to achieve revenue targets and company's goals;

Involving in negotiating contract and closing deal;

Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve and align with company's goals;

Providing logistics solution to customers/ suppliers;

Regularly updating and reporting on the business activities and progress to the Head of Department/ Superior;

Co-operate with other departments;

Preparing reports/ presentation (as and when is required).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Possess at least a Degree or equivalent

At least 5 years of working experience (experience/ exposure in steel industry or international trade will be an added advantages);

Proficiency language in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, other dialects/ language is added advantage;

Willing to travel (both local and overseas);

Posses good communication and interpersonal skills;

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;

Time management;

Flexibility and adaptability;

Team collaboration
