Financial Reporting & Analysis
・Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
・Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support management decisions.

Accounting Operations
・Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
・Ensure compliance with accounting principles, corporate policies, and industry regulations.

Taxation & Compliance
・Ensure compliance with local tax laws, including corporate tax, VAT/GST, and withholding tax.
・Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Budgeting & Forecasting
・Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
・Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Internal Controls & Risk Management
・Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
・Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Team Management & Development
・Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.
・Provide training and support to ensure continuous professional development.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred).
✓Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
✓Having proficiency in Japanese (Suggested level is above N2)
✓Experience in the construction or consulting industry is an advantage.
✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
