・To handle communication with HQ & Taiwan (Inquiry, orders).

・Service parts warehouse management.

・Customer support by telephone.

・Communication with customers and local dealer in Malaysia.

・Visit customer places (KL,PG,JB) to maintenance of CNC Machine.
　(e.g. Lathe, Machining center and Grinder etc)

・ Machine disassembly and assembly work.
(Ball screw, bearing replacement, etc.)

・Machine accuracy adjustment.
(Machine level confirmation, accuracy measurement, adjustment)

・Installation assistance for new machines (advance preparations, arrangements etc.)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Educational background: Graduated Japanese University （Machinal or Electrical Engineering, software engineering)

✓ Language: Business level of English & Japanese (N2 above)

✓ Fresh graduate may apply

✓ Good communication (e-mail, conversation, chat)

✓ Interested hand in Machine maintenance and willing to learn

✓ PC skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

✓ Driving license & Own Trasport

✓ Fast action, willing to learn new things

✓ Added advantage soft wear programing knowledge
