JOB DETAILJob Details

・Visit customer places(KL,PG,JB) to maintenance of CNC Machine.
　(e.g. Lathe, Machining center and Grinder etc)

・ Machine disassembly and assembly work.
(Ball screw, bearing replacement, etc.)

・Machine accuracy adjustment.
(Machine level confirmation, accuracy measurement, adjustment)

・Service parts warehouse management.

・Customer support by telephone.

・Installation assistance for new machines (advance preparations, arrangements etc.)

・Communication with customers and local dealer in MYS.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Educational background : Diproma Certificate and above

✓Language : English and Chinese or Malay (Japanese, if possible)

✓Hand in machinery maintenance experience more than 2 years

✓ Experience for operating and maintenance Lathes, Machining centers, Grinder etc.

✓ Experience for related to CNC Machine (MAZAK, MAKINO, OKUMA etc.)

✓Basic knowledge of machines.
(Mechanical word, understanding of machine parts, handling of mechanical tools)

✓ PC skill : Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

✓Traveling to country other than Malaysia for training. (Thailand, Taiwan,　Japan)

✓ Driving license

✓Good communication skill.

✓Multitasking.
