The principal function is to provide Finance & Accounting support and to ensure the smooth running of the office and other duties as assign by the management from time to time.

・Oversee and manage full-set accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statements.
・Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
・Maintain compliance with local tax regulations, including GST/VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory reporting requirements.
・Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting to support business decision-making.
・Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and reconciliations.
・Support external and internal audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
・Implement and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
・Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and operational efficiency.
・Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum Diploma / Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
✓Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
✓Age between 45 – 55 years old.
✓Knowledge of overall Accounting Principle and familiar with Sage accounting system.
✓Knowledge of overall Tax Regulation, including Transfer Pricing and Audit compliance.
✓Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak Mandarin would be an advantage.
✓Computer literate.
✓Able to work with minimum supervision and to meet tight deadlines.
✓Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Possess own transport.
