• Proactive support basic operation of Iron & Steel Products trading, import, export & off-shore, as well as domestic business mainly related to automotive industries and general industries.

• Professional relationship and effective communication with internal and external (customers/suppliers/biz partners) to improve our current supply chain management performance to support developing value-added business model under automotive industries.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business.

• Candidate with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in trading companies..

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Working experience as a trading business assistant.

• Working experience in supply chain support.

• Applicant who can speak Japanese is an added advantage.

• Candidate with working experience in export/offshore/import in automotive/general industries is preferable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Reliable, able to multitask and work independently.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.

• Possess an ethical mind, a mature and confident disposition, positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
