・ Preparation of technical and commercial proposals for tender submission.

・ Prepare, organise and maintain bid, contract records and related correspondence documenting contract performance and compliance.

・ Attend tender site visit and technical meetings.

・ Collection of all relevant technical information about the customer, understanding and implementing the customer specification.

・ Sourcing of raw material, services and sub-contractors.

・ Other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Electrical and Electronics.

✓At least 5-8years of post-graduate experience

✓Knowledge/Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key knowledge and experience:
✓Able to work independently, self-discipline, self-motivated and resilient.

✓ Able to work overtime and to undertake pressure and meet tight deadlines.

✓Candidate with technical knowledge and experience in Automation Systems, TNB , Railway will be
added advantage.
