・General cooking in Teppan and Cooking room.
・Maintenance of griddle and cooking room
・Cooking presentation for B2B customers
・Sales representative (cooking demonstration)
・Sales representative (cooking demonstrations)
・Team building instructor (okonomiyaki) / once or twice a month (with support)
・Team building planning, management, and improvement
・Instructor for consumer cooking classes/once or twice a month (with support)
・Planning, operation, and improvement of cooking classes for consumers
・Recipe development and menu trial (using OSM products)
・Collaborate with development team on new product development and product improvement.
・Recipe images and videos (for sales tools, SNS, etc.)
・Support for events and exhibitions (domestic and international)
・Cooking for company events
・Training of subordinates (in the future)
*OJT at the head office, etc. as training for the above JD (scheduled for 2-3 weeks).
The department is positioned as a corporate chef within the development department.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Cooking skills (at least 2 to 3 years of cooking experience), basic knowledge and skills of Japanese food, etc. Knowledge of ingredients and handling techniques.
✓Communication skills (Cheerful and like to socialize with people)
✓Japanese and English speaker
