・ Answer to customer inquiries.

・Maintain relationships with customers.

・ Prepare costings and quotations for customers.

・ Prepare all documents related, for example: delivery orders, invoices, and proforma invoices.

・ Liaise with production on the status of the order and customer's stock in the warehouse.

・ Liaise with purchasing in purchasing the materials.

・ Liaise with R&D in terms of new product design and costings.

・ Assist marketing staff and manager as necessary at any phase of sales plus marketing
efforts.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related qualification.

✓ Previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or similar roles.

✓ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

✓ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

✓ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

✓ Outstanding communication and people skills.

✓A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
