・ 1. Warehouse Operation and Management
- Establishment of efficient warehouse layout and operation strategy
- Improvement of receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory management processes
- Operation and optimization of logistics system (WMS, ERP, etc.)
2. Inventory management and inventory accuracy
- Monitor inventory data and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Perform regular/periodic inventory counting (Inventory Cycle Counting)
- Implement strategies to minimize inventory loss and scrap rates
3. Team management and personnel management
- Assignment of warehouse staff (picking, packing, packaging, loading/unloading, etc.) work and performance management
- Conducting staff training and safety training
- Establishing work schedules and shift work plans
4. Safety and Quality Management
- Compliance with safety regulations and laws within the warehouse and implementation of accident prevention and emergency response plans
- Operation of processes to comply with quality standards
5. Cost management and efficiency improvement
- Warehouse operating cost analysis and optimization plan derivation
- Process innovation to reduce logistics costs
- KPI setting and operational performance monitoring

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Qualifications
- More than 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations
- Experience in utilizing logistics management systems (WMS, ERP, etc.) preferred
- Experience in inventory management and logistics process optimization preferred
- (L) Understanding of logistics-related laws and safety regulations
- Problem solving skills and data analysis capabilities

Preferred qualifications
- Korean native speaker
- 3PL logistics operation experience: warehouse, LD
- Experience in improving logistics processes such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
- Experience in operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
