・ • Make export booking
• Arrange for containers for export
• Prepare shipping documents
• Confirm shipping documents with forwarder
• Send shipping documents to consignee
• Apply ZPB for cargo repairing & goods return
• Apply Admin form
• Apply Borang Pelupusan for scrap & waste
• Receive billing invoice and compile for finance department for make payment
• Renew cost analysis for preferential country origin
• Control movement of containers (import and export due to limited bank guarantee)
• Submit bank guarantee to custom
• Familiar with FIZ and custom arrangement
• Do posting after shipment shipped out (to reflect in system)
• Prepare label and shipping mark for export shipment
• Other tasks as instructed by superior from time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Shipment Management and related.

✓ At least 2 years of working experience in related field or with electronics devices especially for plastic film is an added advantage.

✓ Experience in Export in Manufacturing field

✓ Excellent interpersonal skills, presentations and leadership skills.
