・Deep-cultivation sales to existing customers.

・Daily quotations from existing customers, feasibility checks to ensure that research projects can be implemented, and the registration of projects after receiving an order,

・To respond to quotations received from existing customers on a daily basis, check the feasibility of implementing research projects, and register projects after receiving orders,

・Assigning project personnel and handing over the project to the person in charge,

・Schedule coordination, management of the quotation-to-order and order-to-delivery processes.

・The average number of quotations handled per day is 4-5 at the most, with an average of about 3.

・The time required to prepare a quotation for one project is about 40-1 hour, including checking the feasibility of the project.

・The spare time is used for customer relations, such as on-line meeting with the customer, managing the progress of ongoing projects and making new cost adjustments with the customer when price changes occur.


・Visits to customers are made approximately once a month outside Malaysia.

・The frequency of outings is low, as there is no need to visit customers on a daily basis.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least 5 years working experience

✓ More than 3 years of new sales experience (B to B) or more than 4 years of existing sales experience (B to B)
(Intangible products = Internet-related, consulting, advertising, Saas products, research, etc.) *Intangible product proposal sales experience (able to prepare proposals and plans on your own)

✓ Able to conduct MTG and business meetings with decision-makers (order-taking staff) alone.

✓ Able to travel once a month

✓Excel, Power Point (the required level of preparation of proposal documents is high, so please check this area as well)

✓ Have used Chat-GPT or similar AI (Please note that you will be asked various questions during the interview

✓ High level of communication (cheerful and pleasant)

✓ Those who are persistent and can work hard.

✓ Those who can understand our company and our business model with an understanding of our competition and other information.

✓ Those who can explain and talk completely and have targeted conversations (I think this is a key assignment point for agents as this is important for us).
