・ Handle employee recruitment independently: posting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding or liaise with recruitment agent, and conduct orientation briefing
・ Manage foreign worker recruitment, permit applications, renewals, and accommodation
・ Maintain employee records, prepare HR letters, reports, memos and contracts
・ Handle employee issues and manage disciplinary matters
・ Overseeing employee attendance and leave management
・ Organise and coordinate company events (annual dinner/company trip) and other administrative tasks
・ Arrange employee trainings & record including liaise with HRDF and training provider.
・ Maintain ISO 9001 documentation and liaise with auditor.
・ To perform any other task assigned by superior/ management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management
✓ At least two years of working experience as HR and administrative role in manufacturing industry.
✓ Preferable for candidate with ISO 9001 knowledge
✓ Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as in a team
