・ Prepare and process Purchase Order and monitor order status.

・ Handle material and goods receiving matter and prepare monthly receiving checklist.

・ Source, request quotation and negotiate with supplier/ contractor.

・ Update purchasing records (DO/ Invoice), data and pricing in system.

・ Manage and arrange factory, equipment and system scheduled maintenance and liaise with contractor for repairing work.

・ Liaise with forwarder for imported goods transportation arrangement.

・ Submit report such as LGM (e-rubber), monthly census of rubber consumers and monthly manufacturing survey.

・ Prepare imported goods related documents to custom (Lampiran 2, GPB, LMW Report, Fifth Schedule etc).

・ Handle yearly supplier and sub-contractor evaluation.

・ Perform any duty assigned by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ At least SPM certificate and above.

✓ At least two years of working experience in purchasing or procurement role, preferably in manufacturing industry.

✓ Great time management, independent worker and fast learner.
