・ Oversee all legal aspects of our business, and offer guidance and advise to management.
・ Ensure company meets legal compliance standards.
・ Offer legal guidance and advice to business professional.
・ Draft and review legal contracts.
・ Calculate business risks.
・ Coordinate with government authorities on statutory audits, licenses and regulatory.
・ Conduct in house compliance and legal training.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ At least Degree in Laws and qualified in CLP certificate.
✓ Well versed in legal terminology and operations.
✓ Experience drafting legal documents.
✓ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
✓ Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
