・ Identifying and analyzing market trends.
・ Developing strategies to adapt existing services for a diverse marketplace.
・ Manage and increase existing business accounts.
・ Achieve annual sales and revenue growth targets.
・ Generate sales reports, identifying new leads and pursue prospects.
・ Working closely with Customer Service and Operation department to resolve shipment related matters.
・ Follow up with customer to ensure any outstanding payment is made in accordance with company payment terms.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Logistics /Freight Forwarding background more than 3 years
✓ Demonstrate account management planning to maintain and develop existing and new potential customer business.
✓ Reliable and capable of creating customer loyalty and performance through a consultative approach and ability to identify client business requirements.
✓ Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
✓ Service and detail-oriented.
✓ Highly motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
