・ Oversee full spectrum of HR function and strategy including payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, employee welfare and training management.
・ Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.
・ Regularly review manpower planning requirements with business lead to ensure the business is adequately resourced to the business plan.
・ Conducting orientations and employee relations counselling.
・ Ensure all employees’ strictly adherence to the company employment terms and conditions, rules, policies and practices.
・ Provide guidance to the team members in running the day-to-day HR functions.
・ Understand organisational and individual challenges, help the senior leaders to define the problem and identify root cause of the people related issues.
・ Manage and oversee day to day general office administration and upkeep of office and assets.
・ Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, time & attendance data administration, leave management and process monthly claims reimbursement.
・ Prepare monthly reports on HR-related metrics.
・ Provide support and advice employees on HR related matters.
・ Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree.
✓ At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
✓ Knowledge of HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development and etc.
✓ Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures .
✓ Proficient in MS Office; Payroll/ HR software , HRMS. (Familiar or Experience in Info Tech System will be advantage.)
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓ Problem solving and decision-making aptitude, strong ethics, and reliability.
✓ Computer literature in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
