Respond to service calls and provide technical support
Solve technical issue and liaise with vendor
On site supervise and liaise with sub-contractor for the job tasks
Planning for technical training
Conduct regular meetings with clients and vendors to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner
Maintain service logs & documentation
Often required travel to customer locations
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Degree in Engineering / Science / Chemistry /Chemical
✓Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written)
✓Able to work independently
✓experience at least 2 years in similar industry or manufacturing.
