• To manage production planning

• Monitor production output, increase output efficiency and ensure production meets target and consistent quality output

• To supervise team of Supervisors and operators in the Section

• To ensure the procedures, daily operation methods comply with standard procedures and conditions.

• Problem solving to improve methods procedures.

• To comply with the requirements of quality,Environment, Safety and 5S; and that they arecarried out all the time at work.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science - Chemistry, Material Science, Organic Chemistry, Applied Science and etc.

• 1-2 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry.

• Fresh graduates are considered.

• Good English and Malay communication skills.

• Responsible, committed and positive work attitude with good analytical and problem-solving skills
