・Develop and present detailed design concepts, including floor plans, flow layout, color schemes, material selection and 3D visuals.

・Collaborate closely with Sales & business partnes to understand client needs, budget limitation and spatial constrains.

・PArticiapte in client meetings to present design proposals and support the sales prcoess practical and aligned with site conditions.

・Assist in preparing shop drawings for customized furniture elements and coordinator with procurement team for furniture and fixture selection

・Contribute to final project presentations, ensuring design intent is clearly communicated and professionally delivered.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Diploma or Degree in Interior Desgin, Architecture or related field.

✓ Minimum 6 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the office furniture or design and build industry.

✓ Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max) and Power Point.

✓ Strong aesthetic sense with an ability to balance creativity and practicality.
