We are seeking for SAP FICO Functional Analyst and Lead SAP FICO Functional Analyst to join
our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in FICO module; for the
Lead Analyst position, the candidate should have at least 6 years of FICO experience.

About the Role:
• Involve in project, change request and operational support tasks.
• Engage with business stakeholders, key users and end users, to define FICO processes
and solutioning.
• Responsible for full project SDLC activities, which includes As-Is gap analysis, To-Be
solution design, configuration and customization, testing and training, Go-Live task and
Post Implementation support.
• Responsible for documentation, such as functional and technical specifications, business
blueprint, testing documentation and user manual.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for FICO module.
• Responsible for FICO related system integration support.
• Collaborate with cross-function SAP module analysts (SD, MM, PP & others) and thirdparty system integrations, to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• Having at least 3 years hands-on experience in SAP FICO module; at least 6 years experience for the Lead Analyst position.
• Strong business process knowledge in Finance & Controlling, preferable with a manufacturing background.
• Familiarity with end-user environment, excellent skill in business stakeholders and users management.
• Good understanding of ABAP programming and/or SAC (SAP Analytical Cloud) are the plus.
• SAP FICO certification will have an additional advantage
