・ Execute department policies and procedures for export markets, covering sales, new product introduction, and marketing activities for new/existing markets.

・ Monitor, record, and document all sales activities (inquiries, orders, shipments) and provide regular updates to management.

・ Maintain and expand overseas customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

・ Respond promptly to customer inquiries, order requests, and post-shipment follow-ups.

・ Prepare and issue quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts tailored to customer requirements.

・ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, order statuses, and customer communications in CRM/ERP systems.

・ Liaise with R&D to communicate customer requirements, coordinate new product designs, and oversee sample production.

・ Coordinate with Production Planners to ensure orders are accurately scheduled, prioritized, and delivered on time.

・ Resolve quality/complaint issues by working with QC and logistics teams to implement corrective actions.

・ Attend international furniture exhibitions (e.g., Canton Fair, IMM Cologne) to promote products and generate leads.

・ Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all business dealings.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓A Diploma/Degree in International Business, Sales, or related field.

✓ Previous experience in marketing or sales is favourable.

✓ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

✓ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

✓ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

✓ A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
