・This position is a 6 months contract position to support HR Department in daily HR operations.
It is a generalist role which will be support full spectrum of HR.

1. Recruitment Support
• Assist in coordinating interviews and conducting initial candidate screenings.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records.

2. Employee On-boarding
• Handle documentation, orientation, and integration activities for new hires.

3. Medical Benefits
• Maintain employee details with insurance agent.
• Support employee in submitting medical claims or insurance claims

4. Leave Management, Record Keeping and Compliance
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave records.
• Support in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

5. Payroll and Benefits
• Handle basic payroll tasks and assist in benefits administration.

6. Training and Development
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs.

7. Employee Engagement
• Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities.

8. Administrative Support
• Manage office supplies, handle correspondence, and coordinate office events.
• Support day-to-day office operations and facility maintenance.

9. Travel Coordination
• Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Facilitate the acquisition of travel visas and ensure compliance with international travel requirements.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree in Human Resource or any related field

✓Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

✓Excellent command of English and Mandarin.

✓Have a strong ability to learn quickly and self-motivated, strong resistance to pressure and strong sense of responsibility. Strongcommunication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

✓Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
