・Manage and increase business with existing customers by identifying their current and future service requirements

• Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and conducting sales calls/visits

• Prepare and deliver presentation on Fanuc Robot Application and services to existing and prospective customers

• Collaborate with customers and sales team to meet customers’ specific needs and system requirements

• Conduct Robot Application training, demonstration and technical advices to customers

• Maintain detailed documentation of application development processes, report project progress, and provide prost-implementation support.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating new methodologies to enhance robotic application development.

• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

✓ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with opportunity to learn and on-the-job training will be provided.

✓ Computer literate: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point

✓ Knowledge in Auto-Cad drawing & design

✓ Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysa, oral and written. Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage.

✓ Must demonstrate high level of initiative, team spirit and follow-up skill, possess self-initiative, communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of people

✓ Possess car driving license and willing to travel to outstation

✓ Willing to work beyond working hours when needed
