・ Develop market penetration plans and strategies for assigned and new territories

・ Develop relationships with key and new potential customers

・ Analyze sales results with sales personnel.

・ Submission of monthly sales and market reports

・ To work closely with all departments to facilitate daily routine activities

・ Administer pricing requests by customers, according to general guidelines

・ Monitor market demand and pricing information

・ Analysis of competitive pricing information

・ Gather market and competitors' intelligence (prices, product development, market strategies)

・ Translate guidelines and market dynamics into pricing and market strategies to maximize company profits

・ Support any additional analysis required to support business decisions.

・ Expand market share and increase customer base to achieve sales targets to attain organizational goals.

・ Support yearly sales budget planning.

・ Responsible for customers' payments' monitoring & collection.


Additional Duties
・ To assists duties of colleagues during staff absence

・ Related Adhoc duties, when required

・ Assists in stock take

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Studies or equivalent.

✓Minimum 3 years relevant experience in trading sales

✓Preferably experience in Industrial Sales(Such as electronic & electrical, automotive, printing and converting related industries)

✓Must have experience in B2B and able to assimilate into B2C business model

✓Having strategic selling skill sets would be an added advantage

✓Responsive to a quick moving working environment with regards to enquiries from external and internal customers
