・Handling for finish goods incoming (import)

・To ensure all incoming containers/trucks in system(cello/GLP) without pending docs from origin.

・Monitoring & communicate on daily delivery status & follow up with the respective LSP.

・ Handling rejection cases for central on timely manner and update report on daily basic.

・Follow up rejection IOD cases and upload

・Sent daily IOD outstanding report to all LSP.

・ Upload IOD for all (CE & HHP) central delivery.

・ Send pending IOD final report on daily basic without fail to management.

・SME IOD KPI Score send by WhatsApp and email to management.

・Prepare incident report and ensure records been updated into log book on timely manner.

・ Rotation IOD team for Saturday for handling rejection and IOD upload.

・ Sample IOD upload

・ Self collection IOD upload

・Daily update Rejection log after handling rejection to avoid wrong IOD upload

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓SPM or Diploma in any field.

✓Have experience in logistic industry for warehouse operation

✓Experience in monitoring & communicate on daily delivery status & follow up with the respective LSP.

✓Diploma candidate with logistic background internship may consider.
