Leadership & Strategy Development
• Develop and implement the HR and GA strategy aligned with the studio's business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead the HR and GA teams in driving initiatives related to talent acquisitions, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Drive the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and systems to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide insights on workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
Talent Management & Development
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• lead the design and implementation of talent development programs, includung performance management, learning and development and career progression frameworks
• Create and foster a culture of continous feedback, coaching and professional growth across the organization.
Employee Engagement & Relations
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Serve as a point of contact for resolving employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach in line with company policies and local laws.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee well-being and fosters teamwork.
General Affairs (GA) Oversight
• Oversee all general affairs functions, including office management, facilities management, corporate services, and health & safety protocols.
• Ensure the efficient and effective management of office resources, equipment, and administrative operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers related to general affairs.
Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure HR and GA practices comply with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Drive the development and enforcement of policies and procedures to mitigate legal, operational, and reputational risks.
• Oversee the annual audits and internal controls within the department.
Budgeting & Resource Management
• Develop and manage the HR and GA department budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and efficient utilization of funds.
• Implement strategies for optimizing operational costs while maintaining a high level of service.
Reporting & Analytics
• Provide regular reports to senior management on HR and GA performance, including key metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, employee satisfaction, and other relevant data.
• Utilize HR analytics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and support organizational goals.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
✓ Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management and General Affairs, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
✓Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and general administrative functions.
✓Proven track record in managing and developing teams, driving change, and fostering a positive work culture.
✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
✓ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven approach.
✓Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
