・ Providing administration service related to the expatriate management matter and benefits administrations. Be it related to salary, housing guideline, allowances standard guideline, expatriate handbook and etc.
• Expected to explain the various policies, strategies, and benefits to client.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation for client.
• Communicate and work closely with Japan HQ to get the latest update of the expatriate policy.
• Handling and support of expatriate condo, car based on the policy.
• Translation of documents from Japanese to English or English to Japanese.
• Handling of client enquiries from time to time.
• Undertake other duties and assignments as and when required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Mass Communications or equivalent from reputable university.
✓ At least 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Japanese MNC. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
✓ Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written proficiency in Japanese and English.
✓ A self-starter, pro-active, committed, mature and motivated person who enjoys working in a challenging environment. High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills
✓ The ability to think strategically and resourcefully, take initiatives, multi-task and meet demanding deadlines and perform under pressure.
✓ The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong record of being an excellent collaborator.
