• Provide technical support and service barcode equipments (printer & scanner) at customer site.

• Manage all on-site & in-house installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations /briefings.

• Build positive relationships with customers.

• Produce timely and detailed service reports.

• Propose the service contract.

• Do & submit quotation to customer.

• Visiting the customer to gather information competitor (label, ribbon & printer) & old SATO printer model.

• Installation printer driver and Software and support them.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.

✓Must be able to work independently with little supervision.

✓Strong service orientation.

✓Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; both verbally and in writing.

✓Possess own transport
