• To plan and forecast for the purchasing and receiving of Raw Materials and control of inventory to ensure adequate and prompt supply for the production operations.

• To ensure Raw Materials are received according to schedule and in good condition during acceptance.

• To manage the preparation of documentation for the delivery of Finished Goods as per the delivery schedule and ensure timely and accurate recording into system for Sales, Delivery and Invoicing documentation.

• To liaise with freight forwarders and transporters on the delivery of Raw Materials and Finished Goods.

• To liaise with QA Department on the submission of pre-shipment samples to Customers and parent Company, wherever applicable and liaise with Courier service for timely collection and delivery.

• To liaise with Manufacturing Shipping Section on the packing and repacking of Finished Goods to Customers

・To Comply with company's rule and regulations.

・To report nonconformity , accidents incidences to Superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Education - Diploma or higher

✓ Proficiency in verbal and written Malay/English. Mandarin ability is an added advantage

✓ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

✓ Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales

✓ Fast learner and passion for sales

✓ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

✓ Knowledge of Production Planning and Logistics are added advantage

✓ Sales budgeting and projections

✓ Handling and resolving customer complaints (Knowledge of 8D report)

✓ Preparing reports for closing

✓ Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients

✓ Knowledge/understanding of quotation process

✓ Knowledge of ISO9001 and 14001 system requirements – Qualified auditor is added advantage

✓Understand basic ISO9001 and ISO 12001 system requirements
