We are a fast-growing company with operations in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia, and we are currently seeking a Regional Back Office staff to oversee and strengthen our administrative foundation across all three countries.

This is a senior-level position reporting directly to top management, where you will work closely with leadership and local staff in each country to develop the internal infrastructure necessary for sustainable growth. You will be a key player in shaping organizational structure and supporting the company’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting:

Oversee and verify monthly financial closing for Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia
Consolidate and prepare management reports and Board of Director materials
Review and approve local payments in accordance with internal control
Review journal entries and bookkeeping accuracy
Stay updated on local tax regulations and compliance requirements in each country

Human Resources & General Affairs:

Develop and manage Employee Handbooks and Employment Rules for each country
Draft and manage employment contracts and business-related agreements
Oversee contractual matters and documentation across all regions
Coordinate and facilitate cross-border collaboration among back office teams

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Minimum 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, covering A to Z processes
Hands-on experience managing AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and GL (General Ledger)
Proficiency in AutoCount and SQL is preferred
Have a strong background in finance, HR, or administration, ideally in a multi-country setup
Are comfortable working in diverse, multicultural environments
Possess excellent communication skills in English (Japanese is a plus)
Are hands-on and willing to build processes from scratch
Can contribute to business growth from an operational and compliance perspective
