‐Investigate store properties, communicate with landlords, build relationships, and negotiate (in coordination with various departments).
‐Negotiate with and manage various relevant institutions to obtain licenses, handle any arising issues (experience preferred).
‐Handle negotiations and interactions with external parties such as government offices, police, and construction companies after store openings.
‐Manage store hostels, negotiate with landlords, etc.
‐Perform special tasks as instructed by top management.
-Review contracts document, negotiate and manage contract renewals related to the above.
-Act as the company representative in dealing with landlords, handling issues and negotiations (in coordination with related departments as needed).
-Serve as the company representative for negotiations and dealings with external institutions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least two years of experience and a proven track record in the above areas.
✓Strong negotiation and task management skills.
✓Ability to accurately understand management intentions and provide precise reporting.
✓Must be a trustworthy and reliable individual based on past experience.
