Job Responsibilities:
Serve customers by selling service and meeting customer needs:
• Services existing accounts, obtains requirements, and establishes new accounts by planning and
organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers.
• Submit price or rate by referring to price lists and product cost.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports,
weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new
products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Recommend changes in product, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive
developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and
making recommendations to Management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing
professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort and company by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Sales, Logistics & Transportation or
Business Management, or any other equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (Minimum 5 years).
• Experience for Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Operation.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with WMS and CRM.
• Practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation & communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management & organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
