・ Strategic Leadership:
Define and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in sourcing, cost optimization, trade compliance, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales and Site teams.
・Team Management:
Lead and support the Procurement Team.
Set performance goals and KPIs for both functions.
Provide coaching, training, and professional development to ensure high-performing teams.
Encourage a collaborative and compliance-focused culture.
・Procurement Oversight:
Oversee all sourcing, tendering, and supplier management activities.
Approve key vendor selections and contract terms.
Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitiveness and risk mitigation.
Ensure ethical procurement practices and regulatory compliance.
Ensure compliance to internal system guidelines.
・Financial & Reporting:
Review and approve major procurement decisions.
Produce regular reports on spend analysis, risks, and cost savings.
Lead audits and implement controls to prevent non-compliance or inefficiencies.
・Technology & Systems:
Oversee the use of Cello (Samsung SDS internal system) for procurement purposes
Ensure data integrity and streamline procurement workflows.
Promote digitalization and automation where applicable.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
✓ Have at least 10 years’ experience with Logistic procurement industry
✓ Experience liaise with Logistic supplier , bidding project and negotiation.
