Sales Management:
Sales management for 15stores (as of Nov 2024), including cash, card, and QR transactions.
Transaction Management:
Handle transactions and payments for rent, utilities, food materials, and supplies.
Payroll and Taxes:
Manage payroll, taxes, social security payments, and related information collection.
Monthly Closing:
Perform monthly closing tasks.
Coordination: Liaise with store branches, banks, and suppliers on relevant matters.
Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with relevant departments to address billing and payment issues.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Minimum 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience, covering A to Z processes
Hands-on experience managing AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and GL (General Ledger)
Proficiency in AutoCount and SQL is preferred
Advanced Excel skills are an advantage
Capable of handling tasks independently while supervising subordinates
Proactive problem-solver, not just waiting for instructions
