- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
- Updating financial records via accounting software
- Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
- Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management
- Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
Skills & Competencies:
✓Strong communication, planning, and professional skills, with proven work experience.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP software).
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✓High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential matters.
✓Ability to work independently and resolve problems effectively.
