Principal Accountabilities
1. HR
Performance Management
• Manage the performance appraisal process, including form preparation, data consolidation, and report submission.
• Assist in the development of career plans for employees in collaboration with management.
• Support the setting and tracking of KPIs during KPI-setting sessions.
2. Employee Engagement
• Monitor employee morale and well-being indirectly by analyzing feedback trends, absenteeism, and turnover indicators.
• Support efforts to track and improve employee productivity in collaboration with team leads and managers.
• Develop and implement an annual engagement plan, including events, surveys, recognition programs, and culture initiatives.
• Manage internal communications related to engagement, such as memos, posters, announcements, and digital updates.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to strengthen the overall employee experience and workplace culture.
3. Administrative Support
• Supervise the cleanliness of the company compound and manage the department’s general workers.
• Track contracts with cleaners and relevant service providers.
• Develop and maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee the HR assistant in managing stationery, uniforms, canteen operations, and hostel management.
• Monitor and manage general waste disposal processes.
4. Other tasks
• Develop relevant SOPs for documentation and use
• Support other HR functions as and when necessary
• Any other relevant tasks as required by management
To supervise HR assistants in carrying out routine tasks.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Qualifications: (List down the minimum qualifications required)
✓ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
✓ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, good communication skills.
✓ Proactive, detail-oriented, improvement driven and a collaborative team player.

✓ 3+ years in HR and administration with a focus on performance management and operational support.
