・ To developing new market and maintaining existing customer in Northen Region.

・ Executing marketing strategies and activities for sales growth in business-to-consumer (B to C) sales and new product-business development

・ Create new customers and manage existing customers account

・ Meeting customer satisfaction by providing efficient customer service including technical sales function, handling and follow up enquiries, preparation of quotation, payment monitoring etc

・ Analyse market development and provide timely market information for sales planning purpose

・ Coordinate marketing and sales activities to ensure objective are met

・ Take initiative to search for more potential prospects

・ To meet sales target

・ Maximizing sales and profit

・ Perform with energy, proactive, improve results and problem solving

・ Provide high standard of customer service and satisfaction

・ To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as require by the management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

✓ Minimum of 5 years of working experience in trading sales or business development, preferably in food trading or FMCG industry

✓Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

✓Good negotiation skill for contracts and pricing to ensure profitability.

✓ Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data and trends.

✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✓Strong interpersonal skills.

✓Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

✓Knowledge of the food trading industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and supply chain processes.

✓Outgoing personality and willing to travel in both domestic & overseas destination if necessary.
