-Quarterly/monthly Distribution of Resin Prices for Use in company Factories

・ Develop Resin Cost Reduction strategy for company company Factories

・ Price negotiation with Resin suppliers


APACおよびインドの自社工場向けレジン（樹脂）の調達契約を管理

自社工場向けに月次・四半期ごとのレジン価格情報を作成・配布

工場全体のコスト削減（シェア配分を含む）戦略を立案・実行

レジン仕入先との価格交渉を主導し、競争力のあるコスト構造を実現

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

経営学、購買、貿易、または関連分野での学士号

ビジネス・貿易・購買プロセスの基礎知識

Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook）の操作スキル

レジン（樹脂）業界の知識があれば尚可

多様なステークホルダーと協働できるチームワーク・協調性

プロジェクトを推進・管理するリーダーシップ能力

課題を特定し、解決策を提案できる問題解決能力

複数業務を同時進行し、タイトなスケジュールに対応できる能力

優れた口頭および文書でのコミュニケーション能力

語学力：

英語・日本語（読み・書き・会話）必須

中国語できれば尚可

国内外への出張が可能な方（目安：月1回程度）

✓ Degree in business or any related field

✓ Knowledge of Basic Business/Trading/Procurement

✓ Proficiency in Microsoft office/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook

✓ Knowledge of Resin Industry (added advantage)

✓Teamwork and collaboration with stakeholders

✓ Leadership to lead the project

✓ Problem solving skill to identify the problem and proposal to resolve it

✓ Ability of multitasking to handle and meet tight schedule

✓ Possess good spoken and written communication skills

✓ English & Japanese (Read, write and speak)

✓ Chinese (added advantage)

✓Able to travel domestic and overseas (once a month)
