・Oversee daily operations of the permanent store and theme shop

・Manage and motivate store staff (full-time and part-time)

・Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated customer inquiries

・Monitor and manage store sales performance

・Support Japanese expatriate managers in coordinating store activities

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Japanese language ability: JLPT N2 or higher (or equivalent)

✓Retail industry experience required

✓Prior leadership experience managing a team

✓Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✓Passion for anime and Japanese pop culture is a strong advantage
